The CQR Deedlock AKT4253 Internal / External Proximity Access Control Kit is a complete, fire-rated single door solution designed for timber door installations where secure, keyless access is required. Supplied as a full installation kit with cabling included, it enables fast, compliant, and professional fitting.

This kit features a stand-alone IP66-rated 125kHz proximity reader, suitable for internal or external installation, while all other components are designed to be installed internally. Supporting up to 2,000 users, access is managed via proximity fobs, with 10 fobs included as standard. Programming can be carried out using a master card or remote control, making system setup straightforward for installers.

Designed for E30 / E60 fire-rated timber doors, the kit includes graphite intumescent protection for the electromagnetic lock and a resettable manual call point for emergency release. The slimline electromagnetic lock delivers a nominal holding force of up to 600lbf (2660N), providing reliable security for commercial and residential environments.

The AKT4253 is an ideal solution for offices, managed buildings, schools, and controlled entry points requiring proximity-based access control with internal or external reader placement flexibility.
