Two dimmers fit on a single 86 x 86mm plate with the BG 982-0J, part of the square edge 900 Series. Each gang is an independent trailing edge dimmer with push on/off and rotary control, so two lighting circuits can be set to different levels.
A typical use is a living room with ceiling lights and wall lights, or a kitchen with main and under cabinet lighting. Each gang takes 5W to 100W of dimmable LED, or up to 200W of incandescent and halogen, and both are 2 way. Soft start and overload protection are built in.
