The FireHawk FHB10 is a self-contained optical smoke alarm designed for reliable, low-maintenance protection throughout the home. Its unique X-Profile detection chamber, controlled by bespoke software, works alongside TSE-Technology (Thermal Stability Enhancement) to deliver consistent performance across a wide range of environmental conditions enhancing genuine smoke detection while significantly reducing nuisance alarms.

Fitting is quick and tool-light thanks to the Auto Switch Mounting Plate, which powers the alarm on automatically the moment it's attached, and off again when removed. Everyday use is just as straightforward: an extra large test button makes routine checks easy, while the alarm silence button quickly quietens false triggers from cooking or steam. Should the battery reach end of life, the low battery warning can be silenced for up to 10 hours, maintaining continuous protection through the night without disturbing sleep.

A red LED flashes once a minute to confirm the unit is powered, and flashes constantly to indicate an alarm condition.
