The FuseBox E2PMST2 combines a 100A double pole main switch and a Type 2 surge protection device in an IP20 enclosure, fitting between the meter and the consumer unit.
It adds surge protection and a meter isolator in one step, a practical way to bring an existing installation in line with BS 7671 surge protection requirements without replacing the consumer unit.
Installation notes
Fit the isolator between the meter and the consumer unit using correctly sized tails, and keep tail lengths as short as practical. Some network operators require notification before work at the meter position, so check local requirements first.
