For single phase earth leakage protection at 40A, the FuseBox RTF400302 offers 30mA Type F detection in a DIN rail mounted 2P format.
Type F adds detection of composite residual currents at mixed frequencies, suited to inverter driven loads such as heat pumps, washing machines and variable speed appliances. A 30mA rating provides additional protection for socket outlets and circuits in special locations. RCDs give no overcurrent protection, so use them with suitably rated MCBs or upstream fuses.
