Combining an MCB and RCD in one unit, the FuseBox RTA104030B protects a 40A circuit against overload, short circuit and earth leakage, with 30mA Type A sensitivity and a 10kA rating.

Type A detects AC and pulsating DC residual currents, the minimum type for most modern installations under BS 7671. At 40A with a B curve characteristic it is typically used on cookers, electric showers and EV charger supplies.
