Combining an MCB and RCD in one unit, the FuseBox RTA064530B protects a 45A circuit against overload, short circuit and earth leakage, with 30mA Type A sensitivity and a 6kA rating.
Type A detects AC and pulsating DC residual currents, the minimum type for most modern installations under BS 7671. At 45A with a B curve characteristic it is typically used on electric showers and larger cooker circuits.
