Rated at 63A with 30mA sensitivity, the FuseBox RTA630302 double pole Type A RCD disconnects line and neutral when a residual current fault is detected.
Type A detects AC and pulsating DC residual currents, the minimum type for most modern installations under BS 7671. A 30mA rating provides additional protection for socket outlets and circuits in special locations. RCDs give no overcurrent protection, so use them with suitably rated MCBs or upstream fuses.
