The FuseBox F3007MZ is a 7 way metal consumer unit with a 100A main switch incomer and a factory fitted Type 2 surge protection device, ready to populate with FuseBox RCBOs, AFDDs or MCBs.
A main switch board gives each circuit its own RCBO or AFDD, so a fault on one circuit does not take out the rest of the installation. The 10 module enclosure suits flats, small homes, extensions and outbuildings, and a tail clamp is supplied. Type 2 SPD protection helps the installation meet the BS 7671 requirement to consider protection against transient overvoltages.
