The Live Electrical AGU5-SR/G 5 Way Metal AC Solar Consumer Unit is a compact, weatherproof distribution solution designed for AC solar PV and associated circuits, where durability, safety, and compliance are essential. Housed in a fully enclosed metal enclosure with a drop-down metal cover and lid, this unit is ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Rated IP65, the enclosure offers excellent protection against dust and water ingress. Supplied complete with a 100A main switch, Type 2 double-pole surge protection device (20/40kA), and a 40A Type A bi-directional RCBO, the unit provides reliable isolation, overcurrent protection, residual current protection, and surge protection straight out of the box.

Manufactured to comply with BS EN 61439-3, BS EN 60947-3, and BS EN 61643-11, this consumer unit meets current UK standards for low-voltage switchgear and surge protection. Multiple 20mm and 32mm circular knockouts on the top, sides, and bottom ensure fast and flexible installation.
