The Masterplug mode 2 charging cable provides a safe and intelligent portable EV charging for Type 2 Electric Vehicles which include mainly European vehicles and has seven pins with a locking pin while in use. Charging at a rate of 10A/2.3kW which is an average of 8 miles range per charging hour, the charging cable has an IP54 water and dust proof rating. As well as the five-metre cable length, it also has a LED charging status indicator.
