Behind most electric cookers sits an outlet plate, and the BG 979-0J is the 45A version for the square edge 900 Series. The cooker cable leaves through the bottom edge, giving a tidy connection behind the appliance that pairs with a 45A cooker switch above the worktop.
Moulded in white thermoset urea, the plate has the flat, square edged profile of the 900 Series. It is a single plate for a standard single back box. Leave enough cable to pull the appliance out for cleaning without straining the terminals. Pair it with the 970-0J or 971-0J cooker control unit.
