The BG 954-0J is a 25A single flex outlet plate with a bottom entry, used where an appliance's flexible cable connects to the fixed wiring. It is often fitted below a switched spur or double pole switch, for towel rails, extractor fans, water heaters and kitchen appliances.
Square edges set the 900 Series apart from BG's rounded 800 Series, and this plate follows suit. The single plate fits a standard single back box, giving a neat termination where the flex leaves the wall. For cooker cable, the 45A 979-0J outlet plate is the heavier duty version.
