Each gang on the BG Nexus 826-01 has its own LED power indicator, so it is easy to see which of the two 13A switched sockets is live. That visibility is useful in kitchens, home offices and bedrooms, where two appliances share a plate and one is often left on by mistake.
Both sockets are single pole switched and the plate is white moulded thermoset urea with rounded edges. Twin earth terminals and angled in-line terminals keep terminations neat in a double back box at 120.6mm centres.
