BG Nexus 800 Series 13A 2 Gang Switched Socket with USB-A and USB-C 12W White | 822UAC12-01

The BG Nexus 822UAC12-01 adds one USB-A and one USB-C charging port to a standard double switched socket, with 12W (5V, 2.4A) shared across the two ports. Both 13A sockets stay free for lamps and appliances while phones, earbuds and smart watches charge from the USB ports. The plate is white moulded thermoset urea with BG's round edge profile.

Smart charging adjusts the supply to suit the connected device, and overcurrent protection resets itself automatically. Standby consumption is under 100mW. It is a sensible, cost effective choice for bedrooms and lounges; if you want genuine fast charging for phones or laptops, look at the 22W version or browse all USB sockets.
