Aico Hard Wired Relay Module with Battery Back Up Ei128RBU

The Aico Ei128RBU Hard Wired Relay Module with Battery Back Up is designed to integrate seamlessly with Aico’s 3000, 2110e, 160e, and 140RC Series alarms, as well as the 260RC Series Carbon Monoxide alarms when used with the Ei128COV cover.

This versatile relay module runs on 230V AC mains power and features built-in tamper-proof rechargeable lithium cells that provide up to 2 months of battery back-up in the event of a mains failure. With a 10-year life expectancy, the cells are designed to outlast the module itself, ensuring reliable operation.

The Ei128RBU allows alarms to trigger external devices such as warden call systems, panel systems, and nurse call systems. It can be configured for either 230V or 24V output, and features volt-free contacts rated up to 240V AC / 5 Amps for maximum flexibility.

Compact and discreet, the relay fits neatly under a smoke or heat alarm, or can be installed remotely using the supplied cover. It offers continuous or pulse operation, simple wiring with a 4-way connector block, and trunking knockouts for a neat installation.
