The Blauberg Smart WiFi Silent Extractor Fan is a premium intelligent ventilation solution designed to automatically control humidity, condensation and stale air while maintaining exceptionally quiet operation.

Combining a high-efficiency DC motor with integrated WiFi controls, intelligent humidity and temperature sensors, adjustable timers and variable fan speeds, the Smart WiFi provides substantially more control than a conventional bathroom extractor fan.

Suitable for connection to either 100mm or 125mm ducting, the fan can deliver airflow of up to 133m³/h (37 l/s) when configured for a 125mm duct, making it suitable for bathrooms, en-suites, shower rooms and a variety of other residential ventilation applications.

Intelligent Humidity & Condensation Control

The integrated intelligent humidity sensor allows the fan to automatically respond to changing moisture levels within the room.

In Auto mode, the fan analyses indoor humidity conditions and automatically selects an appropriate humidity threshold and operating speed. This allows the ventilation rate to adapt to the environment rather than relying on one permanently fixed setting.

For greater control, Manual mode allows the humidity threshold to be adjusted between 40% and 80% RH. When humidity exceeds the selected threshold, the fan automatically activates or increases its operating speed.

This makes the Smart WiFi particularly useful for controlling moisture generated by showers and baths and helping reduce persistent condensation.

WiFi App Control

Built-in WiFi connectivity provides convenient configuration and control through a compatible smartphone.

Rather than having to make adjustments directly at the fan, its operating parameters can be configured digitally, including humidity response, timers and fan speeds.

This provides considerably more flexibility when commissioning the fan and makes subsequent adjustments easier for the end user.

Up to 133m³/h Airflow

The interchangeable duct connection enables the fan to operate with either 100mm (4") or 125mm (5") ducting.

Ultra-Quiet Operation

The Blauberg Smart WiFi has been engineered to provide high ventilation performance with very low operating noise.

Its motor and aerodynamically profiled impeller are mounted using a vibration-absorbing arrangement, helping minimise the transmission of motor vibration through the fan housing.

Depending on duct size and operating mode, noise levels range from just 17dB(A) at continuous low speed to 32dB(A) at maximum 125mm performance.

This makes the fan particularly well suited to en-suites, bathrooms near bedrooms and other noise-sensitive areas.

High-Efficiency DC Motor

A high-efficiency DC motor provides reliable continuous operation while keeping electricity consumption extremely low.

Depending on operating mode and duct configuration, consumption ranges from approximately 1.6W to 6W.

The motor is rated for a service life exceeding 50,000 operating hours, while an automatic protection function shuts off power if the motor becomes jammed.

24-Hour Continuous Ventilation

The 24 Hours mode allows the fan to operate continuously at a low ventilation rate.

Continuous background extraction can help maintain regular air movement and moisture control rather than waiting for humidity to reach a high level before ventilation begins.

A Do Not Disturb function can also be configured when 24-hour operation is active. During the selected period, the fan remains at minimum speed rather than responding to sensors or external switch activation.

Interval Ventilation

When 24-hour continuous operation is disabled, an automatic interval ventilation mode is available.

The fan can automatically ventilate the room for 30 minutes every 12 hours at the configured speed, providing periodic air changes even when the humidity sensor or external controls have not activated the fan.

Adjustable Timers

Two timer functions provide additional control over operation.

The turn-on delay timer can delay the transition to a higher ventilation speed by either 2 or 5 minutes following activation.

The turn-off delay timer allows ventilation to continue after the triggering condition has ended. Available run-on periods are:

• 5 minutes
• 15 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 60 minutes

This can be particularly useful after showers, allowing the fan to continue removing residual humidity after the bathroom is no longer occupied.

Automatic Temperature Control

An integrated temperature sensor provides additional automatic ventilation control.

If the room temperature rises above the configured set point, the fan automatically switches to its maximum speed. It returns to the previous operating mode once the temperature falls approximately 4°C below the set point.

Adjustable Silent & Boost Modes

The integrated smooth speed controller allows the fan's performance to be matched more precisely to the installation.

Silent Mode can be adjusted between 30% and 100% of maximum fan performance and can be activated by an external switch or relevant sensor input.

Max / Boost Mode is used when increased extraction is required, such as when the humidity threshold is exceeded. Boost performance can also be adjusted between 30% and 100%.

100mm & 125mm Duct Compatibility

A replaceable connecting piece allows the same fan to work with either:

100mm / 4-inch ducting – maximum airflow approximately 106m³/h (29 l/s).

125mm / 5-inch ducting – maximum airflow approximately 133m³/h (37 l/s).
