Compact and plain, the BG 975-0J is a 45A double pole switch on a single 86 x 86mm plate with no indicator. It is from BG's square edge 900 Series and isolates cookers, hobs and electric showers.
It is a neat choice for a shower isolator outside the bathroom zones, or a cooker switch on a narrow splashback. It needs a single back box of at least 47mm at 60.3mm centres and takes cable up to 16mm². The 974-0J adds an LED indicator; the 973-0J uses a large plate.
