Decorative Up & Down Wall Lighting Design

The standout feature of the KSR Lighting KSR13104 is its up and down lighting arrangement.

Unlike conventional single-direction wall lights, this fitting uses two GU10 lamps to project light in opposite directions.

This creates an attractive architectural lighting effect that can enhance the appearance of internal and external walls.

The upward beam highlights the wall surface above the fitting, while the downward beam provides illumination below.

When installed in a suitable location, this arrangement creates an appealing combination of decorative and functional lighting.

Benefits of Up & Down Wall Lighting

• Creates attractive dual-direction illumination
• Highlights architectural wall surfaces
• Adds visual interest to building exteriors
• Suitable for decorative entrance lighting
• Enhances patios and outdoor seating areas
• Provides stylish illumination for interior feature walls
• Complements contemporary and traditional architectural designs
• Creates attractive lighting effects on brickwork, stone and render

The final lighting effect depends on the GU10 lamps selected, including their brightness, beam angle and colour temperature.

Elegant Copper Finish

The KSR Luso II KSR13104 features an attractive Copper finish designed to complement a wide range of architectural styles.

Copper-coloured outdoor wall lights are particularly popular for properties where a warm metallic appearance is desired.

The finish works well with contemporary homes, traditional brick properties, modern extensions and commercial buildings.

Its decorative appearance provides an attractive contrast against natural stone, brickwork, rendered walls and timber surfaces.

Benefits of the Copper Finish

• Attractive warm metallic appearance
• Complements modern and traditional properties
• Suitable for contemporary exterior designs
• Coordinates with natural stone and brickwork
• Ideal for residential and commercial projects
• Creates a distinctive architectural feature
• Stylish alternative to conventional black or stainless steel wall lights

Dual GU10 Lamp Compatibility

The KSR Lighting KSR13104 is designed to accommodate two GU10 lamps, each with a maximum permitted wattage of 35W.

This provides a maximum combined lamp wattage of 70W, subject to the manufacturer's installation requirements.

The two-lamp arrangement allows the fitting to produce both upward and downward illumination.

As the product is supplied without lamps, users can select compatible GU10 bulbs to achieve their preferred lighting effect.

GU10 Lamp Options

Depending on the selected lamps, users can choose:

• Warm white lighting for welcoming residential spaces
• Neutral white lighting for general-purpose applications
• Cool white lighting for a crisp, contemporary appearance
• Different brightness levels
• Narrow beam angles for focused architectural lighting
• Wider beam angles for broader illumination
• Suitable energy-efficient LED lamps

For a balanced appearance, matching GU10 lamps are generally recommended.

Important: Each GU10 lamp must be suitable for use within the fitting and must not exceed the manufacturer's 35W maximum rating per lamp.

Compatible with Retrofit LED GU10 Lamps

The KSR13104 Luso II Up & Down Wall Light is suitable for use with compatible retrofit LED GU10 lamps.

LED GU10 lamps provide an energy-efficient alternative to traditional halogen lamps and are available in a wide range of brightness levels, colour temperatures and beam angles.

The KSR13104 Luso II Up & Down Wall Light is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel body.

This includes environments where the product may be exposed to significant salt spray or coastal salt deposits.

For installations near the sea or in other high-saline environments, an alternative fitting specifically rated for those conditions should be selected.

Clear Glass Lenses

The KSR Lighting Luso II KSR13104 incorporates clear glass lenses.

The clear glass allows light from the selected GU10 lamps to pass through while forming part of the fitting's protective enclosure.

The lenses complement the Copper finish and contribute to the product's clean architectural appearance.

Benefits of Clear Glass Lenses

• Complements the decorative Copper finish
• Allows upward and downward illumination
