The Rointe Onyx SHOXI330 is the largest model in the current Onyx High Heat Retention storage-heater range, combining substantial thermal-storage capacity with intelligent charge control, Wi-Fi connectivity and advanced energy-management functions.

With a 1500W rated heat output and 3300W charging input, the SHOXI330 uses 12 high-heat-retention energy cell packs to provide a maximum storage capacity of approximately 23.1kWh. This makes it suitable for larger rooms and higher heat-loss applications where a smaller HHR unit would not provide sufficient capacity.

Built-in Wi-Fi Direct allows the heater to connect directly to a compatible router without requiring a separate gateway, while the Rointe NEXA app provides remote access to schedules, heating modes and consumption information.

High Heat Retention Storage Technology

At the heart of the SHOXI330 is a dense high-heat-retention thermal core designed to store electrical energy as heat and release it progressively when required.

The heater uses 12 energy cell packs, each containing three individual storage cells, giving a total of 36 thermal cells. These use Rointe's Mg-Fe alloy storage technology to provide high thermal inertia and efficient heat retention.

This greater storage mass allows the SHOXI330 to hold significantly more energy than the smaller SHOXI102, SHOXI156, SHOXI222 and SHOXI276 models.

3300W Input with 1500W Heat Output

The SHOXI330 has a 3300W charging input and 1500W rated heat output, making it the highest-output model in the Onyx range.

It is designed for applications requiring substantially greater storage and output capacity, while still using the same smart controls and connected features found across the range.

What are Heavy Goods?

Carriage is shown at the checkout stage and is charged at the cost price of a pallet based on a 48-hour delivery service to most locations; more remote locations can be longer because of the logistics involved. All storage heaters, except mini-bathroom storage heaters, are over the standard carriage weight of 30 kg. Carriage is calculated based on your postcode and the number of pallets that will be necessary to dispatch your order (e.g. the cost of delivering 4 storage heaters could well be the same cost as delivering 1 storage heater if it is possible to get 4 heaters of the size ordered onto one pallet). We work on a maximum weight of 500 kg per pallet, which will be delivered by lorry. It is your responsibility to unload the pallet.
