The Soudal Trade Expanding Foam B1 Genius 600ml is a professional one-component fire-rated expanding polyurethane foam designed for passive fire protection, gap filling, insulation and sealing applications.

How to Apply

The substrate should be clean and free from grease and dust. Soudal recommends lightly moistening the surface with water before application to assist curing.

Shake the aerosol thoroughly, unfold the Genius Gun® applicator and hold the can upside down while dispensing. Fill cavities to approximately one-third of their volume to allow for expansion, shaking the can regularly during use.

When applying multiple layers, lightly moisten between layers. Fresh uncured foam can be removed using a suitable Soudal foam cleaner, while cured foam requires mechanical removal or an appropriate PU remover.
