Kosnic 55mm Surface Mounting Box KPTPNL-SMT for 30w LED Panel

The LED panel surface mount system provides a 55mm deep enclosure for fitting the Kosnic 30w LED super slim panel, where no grid is available for dropping the panels into.  Compatible with part no KLED30PNL-W40

Fitting Instructions

Assemble the four frame sides using the four corner brackets and the M3 screws to form a square box as below.

2) Align the box against the ceiling where you want to install the panel light and mark the position of the screw holes on 3 sides only, (The 4th side is not fixed to the ceiling. This allows the panel to be inserted. Please ensure you have enough space adjacent to the unfixed side to insert the panel.)

3) Drill the holes where marked and fix the enclosure to the ceiling.

4) Remove the non-fixed side of the enclosure by removing the screws on the corner brackets.

5) Slide the LED panel part way into the enclosure, connect the driver to the supply and the LED panel.

6) Place the driver towards the centre of the LED panel, away from the heat of the LEDs around the edge.

7) Slide the LED panel the rest of the way in and reattach the fourth side of the enclosure.
